There may be an oil spill risk at a port during product transfer, therefore the equipment would be suitable to contain and recover small oil spills within the port area.

The package includes two sets, each containing 100m of foam filled fence boom in 25m sections. It also includes small lightweight weir skimmers, for use in protected waters. The equipment, including absorbents, will be supplied in two shelved 10ft containers

It seems to me that a 10' container is simply a ¼-sized one; I am more familiar with the full size (40') and ½-sized (20') ones, but see no reason why a ¼-sized one might not exist.
