English to German Law/Patents Law: Contract(s)

The exhibitor is the only guardian of goods and furnishings in the stand during the whole exhibition period (including set up and dismantling time). As such, they relieve ***substantially and legally*** BolognaFiere and the Organizer from any loss, damage, responsibility or costs, including legal costs, deriving from stand use or from the allocated exhibiting surface.
