Эта штука встречается только от одного первоисточника и, по-видимому, является их изобретением, которому они дали оригинальное имя. Больше нигде и ни на каких языках не встречается. Суть в записи фазы электромагнитных волн, принмимаемых GPS-приемником. Транслитерировать это название можно элементарно, но я бы привел в скобочках исходное название.
