digestion processes
Sven has the right idea, but I wonder about your context. Moreover they are discussing different processes here.
Here is a reference with Eng and Swe, and they use both rötning or utrötning -- have you wondered about the difference? Maybe Sven can help with that! :-)

For me the difference is 'digestions' seems to refer more specifically to 'runs' or 'batches' in the practical sense. And digestion is the process in general, which is also used as 'digestion batch' etc. I can't quite be sure of your context here, but it seems at least equally likely they are talking about the process(es) here, or possibly both meanings, as in

As to context, the reference to 'de' says something about your context -- who is writing and who is 'thems'?

anaerobic digestion procedures
Or just digestion procedures.
Digestion is in itself a process, so what is of interest here is the procedure or the method used to make the process happen.
The translation of your sentence would look something like this:
They have the methods for such modified digestion procedures, and can provide three parallel modified digestion procedures in batches.

The digestion procedures are either mesophilic (30 to 38°C) or thermophilic (50 to 60°C)....
