: simply about the court sending out the order(s); nothing in the ST about notice of entry of judgment// notice of entry of judgment and an order are 2 completely different things, that merits a "disagree" as they don't even approximate

ST is a 'decreto' which, true, can mean other things than a final judgment. My focus was on asker's doubt re phrasing of 'librará'; phrasing I suggest can be adapted: "The Clerk shall serve notice of..." order(s) o lo q'sea. Not sure merits a 'disagree'.

is to issue the proper written directions
We need to know the context: civil/divorce or criminal but a secretario judicial, as a clerk or Registrar of the Court, is unlikely to be issuing rulings or orders, even at the judge's behest.
Contributors should really give more thought to the litigation process.

Example sentence:
special class of issues, such as the legality of custody of a person. B. .... proper form for the written directions is shown in Rule 9.900(f),

: I disagree, I was once a court clerk and drew up orders (albeit didn't "issue" them) but I think "issue" is being used rather loosely here; the Court office issuing orders etc.

Odd for order vs. direction in EN to be pluralised, though. We need to know what the despachos contain.
