Grab initiates a standard grab sampling sequence at the beginning of a run. When you start a new run with the pump set to Grab, the pump will run for exactly 5 minutes. This is followed by a five-minute equilibrium delay, after which the counting period begins. The pump does not run at all during the counting period. Para serte sincera, para saber si tiene algo de especial debería tener mucho más contexto e investigar y buscar material de referencia en español. El texto que pegaste sencillamente explica qué hace la función y el término grab no indica que que tomar, capturar o "agarrar" algo, en este caso muestras.
¿El dispositivo tiene un software? ¿Grab es parte del software? En ese caso ¿está traducido o el usuario lo verá en inglés? Estas preguntas deberías hacértelas antes de intentar traducirlo. Si ya está traducido, pídele a tu cliente la traducción que el usuario verá en el dispositivo.
