living reference/document
A living reference/document is a document that is continually edited and updated.
In this case a price list.
I would imagine the yes/no would be an indication to whether or not the company updates its price lists regularly or not.

: doesn't really add up: the "référence vivante" (or not) is applied to each line in a price list, not to the whole document

?? presumably for each company this applies?? Ask the asker if you'd like more clarification.

i.e. still being used as opposed to "dead" no longer in use.

just an educated guess, given the limited context; we have no idea what's the purpose of that list, but it could well include for some kind of comparison items no longer offered for sale and items still being sold...

still recommended? or still relevant?
If the customer has earlier ticked this product and this is a second notification, then "still recommended" is what i'd suggest, else "still relevant" would apply to a broader case, especially when the product has a history with the past.

I'm not sure how that would work with "reference," though...
There is accompanying text of contracts, but these don't contain this term.
