RSI

French to English Bus/Financial Human Resources Recruitment
This is from a proposal by a consultancy firm to provide services to assist a company with their latest recruitment project. The firm is listing it's various attributes and the paragraph in question reads:

'La maîtrise depuis plus de 20 ans de la recherche de profils expérimentés et juniors Ingénieurs, Cadres et Techniciens (environ une centaine de recrutements par an) avec la connaissance des profils RSI.'

I'm not sure what RSI stands for here - any ideas?

This is part of the problem, Samuel - I don't know, as I only have general profile information on the consultants and not on the company looking to employ them! I think I will need to ask them for more detail on this...

From experience, I would guess they are talking about 'Networks and Information Systems'. There may, of course, be some specific context that means they are talking about something else.

Common in French, even for translators!

This is social security for sef-employed, the exact term to be used depends on the target cutntry

There used to be many different systems, now rather standardized, hence the specific knowledge mentioned in source
