"Entwässerungsmuffe mit Stopfen"
No more context than that, I'm afraid. This part is located at the bottom of a pipe connected under a tank used to eliminate the scum from sweage water. I am having trouble particulary with the word Muffe. Thanks for any help.

sediment drain coupling
First of all, it is unclear if this is steel or plastic pipe. If this is a coupling that connects to the drain pipe under the tank holding sewage water, it is not clear from the description what is on "the other side" of that coupling. Is there a valve/cock? The scum that is referred to is often termed "sediment."
Going by the assumption that the sediment drain ends in some kind of open/close device, it would be logical to use "sediment drain coupling."
The "mit Stopfen" would indicate that there is a termination plug (pipe thread?).
Good luck to the hapless individual who needs to unscrew that plug without the benefit of an upstream valve device ...
