You got me there ... "erog." usually stands for "erogazione" rather than "erogatore" (which somehow could mean nozzle/spout) - guesswork: maybe "Ri" is meant to be "riempitrice", so it could be "double-spouted filling machine with 2-3-4 dispensing units .... 2 spouts I see now how "2dame" indicates two spouts, but the end of the caption reads: "2dame 5lt(d200mm) Ri 2-3-4 erog." I thought that the ending was indicating 2, 3 o4 4 nozzles.??

dama = container (glass or plastic) very probably this "trasformazione" refers to the fitting of a sort of double nozzle, so that 2 of these containers can be filled simultaneously (sort of like the double nozzle of coffee makers, I imagine).
