How we work today is not sustainable. Because undoubtable in the UK we are struggling with the number of organs we have. We have more patients who need liver transplants than we have organs for and we are going to be in a position where we are denying people treatment and people dying every day who could benefit from liver transplants and we need to have more organs and the resource to deliver more transplants for our patients.
