French to English Medical Medical (general) Blood work

This from the same set of lab results as my other question HGRMX-BIO. I see that this has come up before, but I don't believe the answer is correct. The results column says "plaquettes controlee sur lame"; so I do think that the PQ refers to platelets, as Helen pointed out in the previous question.
