We have regular vs. refill transcriptions. Refill transcriptions can be refilled as many as times prescribed by the doctor.
Discussion
I am afraid we can't generalize a translation we find in a non-reference website. The author of the webpage you have mentioned as a reference, Dr. Hanafi who seems to be a physician, prefers to use بازپیچی for "refill" and it is her personal preference while we know that نسخه پیچیدن is an outdated combination and is usually used as a slang nowadays; for example: مأمورها نسخه فلانی را پیچیدن which means حساب کسی را رسیدن.
You can find other webpages used تمدید کردن or other equivalents for "refill".
For example: همین طور اگر دارویی نیاز به تمدید (ریفیل) داشته باشد، به دو شکل عمل میشود
