Chodzi o to, że licencja, w tym przypadku, jest udzielana przez konkretną stronę innej wyraźnie (jednoznacznie) określonej stronie, i dlatego np. ta druga strona nie może przekazać swojej licencji innej osobie czy innemu podmiotowi.
