Within the context of the Agreement, Company X will act as a commodity futures Broker for customers referred by Company N and accepted by Company X (the "Customers") subject to the provisions of this Agreement. In addition, Company X shall perform such additional services as specifically agreed between the Parties. For each Customer accepted by Company X, Company X shall introduce Customer to a Futures Commission Merchant (“FCM”) for purposes of executing an individual agreement with each Customer and shall open an individual trading account for each Customer (hereinafter the “trading accounts”).
