Hello, everyone.
I'm doing a proofread and Remuneraciones y participaciones por pagar has been translated as Salaries and participation payable but 'participation' doesn't convince me.
I've found salaries and interest payable, but I don't think 'interest' is right either.

I think it might refer to bonus payments.
The text is from Peru and has been translated UK English
I would appreciate you help. Thank you in advance!

bonus payments (or profit-sharing) to be made
I translated this as profit sharing in the past (as this was clear from that context and as Donal says, it actually turned out as share options for some of the staff.
Obviously "bonus payments" is more of a catch-all phrase than saying for sure it's "profit -sharing" if you have no clear evidence

some ideas from Linguee includes even more general "remunerations" but, since you already have that in the list

Note from asker:
Thank you! I had already seen your second reference but not the third one, which explains it quite clearly. |

: You were right: in Peru it refers to profit sharing (not bonus payments).

outstanding payments
It seems like this is quite a general catchall heading.

It should be obvious from the context that these are payments to workers!

profit share
You may want to use "compensation" for "remuneraciones".
It's a much broader term than "salaries".

Thank you, Giovanni. I really appreciate your help. It's a shame we can only give points to one person but Gallagy was first and he did provide me with a useful reference. |

relevant definitions of Participación

I've seen that 'utilidades' can mean 'earnings'.
