Context: HOJA DE SERVICIOS regarding a teacher's work experience record.
I thought that this translation was going to be straightforward. Many hours later (formatting was also a nightmare!), I am still struggling with the large number of abbreviations. I have decided to provide a key, but even so it is really hard to pin some items down in English with one or two words, as the Spanish system is so different (my client has filled me in...).
EXP comes up at one point, which is apparently short for "EXPECTATIVA". I had thought of "ANTICIPATED", but it doesn't really work. According to my client, when you become a "funcionario de Carrera" you are initially "expectative", until you gain a permanent post in a school.
Is anyone an expert? Is there a single word to translate, or would I need to add a note (if feeling generous after time spent so far!).

I'd hazard a guess that it's short for 'expectativa de destino', which means something like 'pending appointment' / 'post pending' etc.
