@Danik There is no declension problem: honorandis, reverendis and curatoribus are all plural ablatives. Que is the enclitic particle put at the end of words to say "and".
The only problem here was the typo "caratoribus".
As you were the first to spot it, I really think you should post it as an answer and get the points you are due.

However I´m not and I´m a bit at the sea with the complete expression.
The Asker posted "Honorandis Reverendisque Caratoribus" (Honorandis Reverendisque Curatoribus) but one of my links says "Honorandis ac reverendis curatoribus". So there is still a problem of declination?, singular x plural ? to be solved. So I prefer to leave at that for someone, maybe you, who really knows Latin to mount the whole expression. I´m glad to have been helpful so far. :)

@David My Latin is very poor but "Caratoribus" seems to be a typo for "Curatoribus".
