This is a paper for a cardiology journal, about the role of imaging techniques in patients with acute heart failure. In this section, they explain that imaging hepatic bloodflow can help estimate blood volume and right atrial pressure.
This is the entire sentence:
"En condiciones normales, el flujo sistólico de llenado predomina sobre el llenado diastólico, pero cuando la PAD está elevada, la preponderancia de la onda sistólica se pierde (S < D)."
What I am doubting is the meaning of "systolic filling flow", particularly compared with just "diastolic filling". I wonder if it is a valid term, and whether is is different from "systolic filling" or "systolic flow".

FWIW, I am unable to find "flujo sistólico de llenado", only "flujo sistólico"
