It appears I have to make two submissions for this question as the system apparently lopped off the first half. This is the second submission is the first half of what I'm looking for. This one is for "in Anrechnung auf die letzten Raten". The previous question is for "anteilig auf alle folgenden Raten" (despite the typo I overlooked three times!). I need both halves. Thanks.

My suggestion for the whole sentence:
"The company is entitled to pay all or a part of the buyout amount ahead of time and, at its discretion, apply this amount towards the final installment or proportionately towards all future instalments."
From Romain Dictionary of Legal and Commercial Terms:
anrechnen: to take into account, to make allowance for, to allow as a credit against, to credit (against), to set off (against), to put (a sum) to s.o.'s credit, to apply (a payment to a particular debt);
anrechnen auf etwas: to count against s.th. (and see above).
And I would use "buyout" instead of "buyoff". The latter is not a word, if used at all it should be hyphenated e.g. the buy-off amount, but it then means a bribe.
