Dimitra, It would not be incorrect to describe the business owner as the entrepreneur, but it would be unusual for any native English speaker to use the word 'entrepreneur' in such a context. So, my advice is: "Don't". If you don’t like the words, “business owner”, use “proprietor” instead. ‘Proprietor’ means ‘the owner of a business’.
