Spanish term

abbreviation rc

Spanish to English Medical Medical (general)
At the end of some clinical trial documentation, not much context to go on. I imagine it is something related to "copy" or "registering" but can´t find what.

"Esta dirección se reserva el derecho de reexaminar la información que antecede cuando ANMAT u otra circunstancia así lo determine.

DIRECCIÓN DE EVALUACIÓN Y REGISTRO DE MEDICAMENTOS
Buenos Aires, date
rc"

I don´t think it´s really important to the content of the letter, but it would be nice to know in case it comes up in other jobs.

Thanks in advance.

Luke Mersh Jul 4, 2015:
Thanks. thank you for your comment and clarification.
Dr. Marshall.
Dr Jane Marshall (asker) Jul 4, 2015:
And thanks Luke, too, though in this case it is not related to a patient clinical summary.
Dr Jane Marshall (asker) Jul 4, 2015:
It is a direct photocopy, not cnverted, but I think those letters are correct. Taña, now that you say that, it might just be that! Thanks to both of you.

Here is one with "nc"
http://www.anmat.gov.ar/boletin_anmat/Octubre_2014/Dispo_734...
Expediente No xxx
Disposición No. "7347"
rc
then the signature

this one has Jfs
I would therefore say that "rc" are the initials of the typist/person preparing the document. In summary, not material to the translation.
Cecilia Gowar Jul 3, 2015:
Hello Jane! Are you working on a converted doc? i.e., the word version of a non editable doc, like a photocopy/PDF? I am asking because sometimes characters "mutate" in the process. I wonder if that "rc" could have been a "Fd" (firma digital).

clinical summary( resumen clinico)

Ok.

After searching cosnautas and following the explanation of clinical trial,
I believe it could mean (resumen clínico) which would be in English 'Clinical Summary'
