The therapist is using various tests, like Reading, Syntax and Understanding, and under the heading Understanding, it says:
På oppgaven bevning etter beskrivelse har pasienten vansker med å forstå oppgaven.

Is it a typo? This is a bit of a guess, but I think bevning should be nevning. I'm thinking it's the type of cognitive test where an object or situation is described to the patient and they have to name it. "Naming from description" or something similar might cover it.
