An examination of someone with back problems. Context:
Fono de ojo: no edema de papila, Pares craneales normales. No puntos dolorosos calota o facies. No dolor cervical o trapecios. Balance muscular 5/5 en las 4 extremidades. Sensibilidad táctil normal. Reflejos osteotendinosos presentes y simétricos. Reflejos cutáneoplantares en flexión. No dismetria dedo-nariz ni **disdiacocinesia**. Marcha normal. Tandem normal.

I understand this to mean an inability to produce rapid alternating movements, but I can't find the term in English. Any ideas?

agree Anne Schulz : That's the technical term, yes (on the other hand, I doubt if English-speaking physicians would usually take the pain to write or pronounce this sesquipedalian (or, rather, just state that "RAM are normal") ;-)
