Could someone tell whether both of these words are correct:
Hame bahut see shikAyAt/shikayaten milee hain.
Does it apply to the following also:
tasAveer - tasveeren
taqAreer - taqreeren

شکایت، شکایات اور شکایتیں
shikAyAt (شکایت) is singular and it means complaint. It seems you have wanted to write: shikAyAAt (شکایات), because your Roman script is a bit confusing: It is plural and means complaints.
Now shikAyaten (شکایتیں)is also plural as shikAyAAt (شکایات) above but the difference is its ending bits has been changed for the purpose of fluency to suit a particular structure of the sentence.
Answer to second part of your question is "yes".

Yes, both of these usages are grammatically correct and acceptable but better one is ShikaAYAAT because it is preferred in writings. ShikAyaten is more colloquial and is avoided to use in scripts. Actually, this is all preferential issue. [Hame bahut see shikAyAAt milee hain.] is preferred and more appropriate but [Hame bahut see shikAyaten milee hain.] is also correct but not preferred.
