Hello,

As a Group IC Controller I want to be able to finish the Framework Sign Off of the Local IC Controllers to ensure that documented results are frozen.

I know 'Sign Off' is 'valider', 'approuver', but I don't really know how to put this sentence.

- As a XXX Administrator I want to be able to create and maintain (modify, delete) alerts regarding the start date and due date of the Framework Sign Off as defined by the Group IC Controller to ensure that Local IC Controllers are notified in time about the Framework Sign Off deadlines.

- As a Group IC Controller I want to be able to monitor the progress of the Framework Sign Off of the Local IC Controllers to ensure that the Framework Sign Off is completed in time.
