I am looking for the right equivalent in English.
This term is included in the letter among any other contact details, for example, Head of Department and the phone number,
Office and the phone number, etc. Any ideas?

Hospital reception
depending on the context, "hospitalisation" does not always means inpatient. It is more a description of the state of the paperwork, a patient is registered as "hospitalise" in order to be covered financially but the procedure can done as in patient, out patient or even at home. So a generic letterhead would give the reference to an orientation office or reception.
see following example "hospitalisation a domicile":

Note from asker:
I am not sure about Hospital Reception. On one hand it is about reception / office as this term is on a letter from a hospital and underneath there is a phone number to contact accueil hospitalisation. So now I do not know whether I should go for hospital reception or inpatient admission? |
