Wstęgi to chyba Tagliatelle. "Ozdobne" polega na tym, że makaron ma ząbkowane brzegi.
Jest to nazwa produktu, ale wolę przetłumaczyć.
Mam też dodatkowe pytanie: czy nazwę marki/producenta dać na końcu?

Long thin, ribbon pasta that is generally found ¼ to 3/8 inch in width. It can be made with or without eggs and is available in straight strands or coiled in a nest.
Cooking Time: Cook for 7 to 10 minutes.
