I don't think it has anything to with "cég" as in "company". Looking at examples (and there aren't many) of this position on the web, it appears to fit my understanding of the position of court clerk (go to the wiki entry for this to see the English/US variants of this). Does yours appear in a bírósági végzés? If so, I think it's a fairly safe bet that's what it means. However, input from a Hungarian lawyer would be good on this one.
