La frase dice así:

Se trata de la traducción que va a ser presentada en Estados Unidos.

My suggestion
It is the evaluator who will assign a US grade equivalent based on the graduate's alma mater's grading system. [As a translator, you are supposed to provide a verbatim translation of the grade].

agree Charles Davis : Absolutely: equivalence is the evaluator's job. In fact I would be inclined to keep "notable" (in italics, or failing that in QMs) and add "good" in parentheses. The evaluator will probably have a list and will check what it says for "notable".
