Программа Parallel-Line Analysis (или ее росссийский аналог Паралайн) позволяет проверить, в каких границах (т.е. при каких отклонениях) номинальной концентрации активного вещества (например, в таблетках) сохраняется относительная активность препарата, о чем судят по параллельности калибровочного графика и графиков (высвобождения, связывания и т.п. - возможно изучение различных параметров) для измененной концентрации. При этом под "изменением" понимается как уменьшение, так и увеличение концентрации.
