Another source of uncertainty was contextual - I wasn't sure if the speaker is on the side of the seller, or of the purchaser, of supplies?
As a very tentative English equivalent, not very confident about it, I would suggest something along the lines of "what I’m coming back to for the most part is that..."
I'll be interested to hear what interpretation others put on this.
