I can only speak for myself, and regarding your remark "Sorry, but I don't believe I have closed a 'large' number of questions without awarding points.", I was not the person who made this remark. However, be that as it may, I can see why others may feel that way. While the number of questions you've asked are not that many given the no. of years you have been on ProZ, what the other person was referring to was the fact that you have closed 35 questions without grading (or some other reason), and this perhaps is a source of aggravation to some.

Sorry, but my notifications seem to be off so I did not see these until now. Yes it is a job title, on a Dominican apostille as I mentioned. There really is not much more context. The department is Procuraduria General de la Republica
