In a university studies program from Colombia for Ingenería eléctrica, I have "accionamientos eléctricos" and I believe it means "motors and actuators".
My client gave me an definition which I think is too wide: "sistemas de control y protección, sistemas de arranque eléctricos y electrónicos de motores, análisis en los arranques de motores electrónicos, diseño y programación de PLC". The document is 30 years old, so the client might have forgotten what this subject really dealt with.
My target language is Swedish but the Spanish-Swedish community is quite small, that's why I look for help here.

• El control de una variable de salida, puede considerarse como un
sistema de regulación:
• La regulación puede realizarse en “LAZO ABIERTO”, o en “LAZO
CERRADO”.
• Así, los accionamientos en lazo cerrado se constituye como un
sistema de regulación con re-alimentación de señal.
