I agree with FX Fraipont. The word "turn" seems misplaced there.
Besides I see a contradiction between cover and expose. Either it's covering or it exposing the USB ports, not both...

: I think the cover/expose came froma an earlier version prior to a later edit, where it said something like "switch on or off ib turn by..."
