1. Based on your block of group or overall medical insurance business, what actual medical trend rate did you experience in 2015? All aspects of health care including hospitalization, outpatient, medications, maternity, vision can be included in your assessment but where possible, please exclude dental. The trend rate should account for per person increases in cost due to medical inflation, changes in utilization patterns and other factors like changes in government regulation.
