This can have different meanings, depending on what one wants to concentrate on. The items are not supplied with the units since installation conditions vary, so they have to be acquired separately (do nabycie oddzielnie). At the same time, the items must be fitted as required to the job at hand, i.e., adapted to the job conditions as necessary, that is, applied according to the local installation conditions. The Japanese may have meant "supplied in the field" by the installer, i.e., on the job site.
