Sales objectives
The description of a sales incentives system states that the sales reps' targets are listed on their "hoja de concertación de objetivos", which elsewhere is referred to as "hoja de establecimiento de objetivos comerciales". So far I have rendered it as "Agreed sales target sheet" - any other and better ideas?
Cheers in advance

List of Agreed Sales Targets / Agreed Sales Targets Document
Or "goals" instead of "targets."
If the document in question really is a *list* of figures, then I would go with "list." If not, then "Document" should suffice.
I think that "sheet" should be avoided, as it is artificial.
"Agreed" is an important element here, as it seems to reflect the representative's having participated in determining the targets/goals in question.

sheet for conciliation and setting of objectives
I suspect that a spreadsheet like Excel is used to set and conciliate objectives.
