The only part of the translation that I am highly confident of is הלשכה הקדמית which is the accepted term for the anterior chamber [of the eye].
As for the remainder of the term, I don't know whether there is an existing accepted Hebrew translation.
If there is not, I nevertheless have a feeling that it could be phrased more elegantly than what I have done.
