Spanish term

modulada en baja

Spanish to English Tech/Engineering Cosmetics, Beauty Binary machine for therapy
I need to translate :Corrientes de media frecuencia modulada en baja para estimular a nivel dérmico y muscular

I have written "Medium frequency currents" but what is "modulada en baja?"

Thank you for any help.

This is the context :

ELECTRO-ESTIMULACIÓN
La aplicación de corrientes específicas de electro-estimulación actúan a nivel circulatorio, metabólico, trófico y muscular.
Binary Care incorpora tres corrientes de electro-estimulación: electrolifting, electro-lipolítica y electro-reafirmante.
ELECTROLIFTING FACIAL
Corrientes de media frecuencia modulada en baja para estimular a nivel dérmico y muscular.

It's used in medicine too: "No downmodulation was observed in bone marrow precursors from patients who subsequently proved to be IFN-resistant.2

Yep, either "Mid frequency currents (or Medium frequency)... Works for me. What's that effect.
"Medium frequency currents downmodulated for stimulation at dermal and muscular levels..."

Sorry, I was just laughing at the "Does not meet criteria" tag because I rarely do, but I always have a bash regardless.
Note from asker:
Thank you neilmac, I have NEVER come across such a term before.
Medium frequency currents down modulated to stimulate at dermal and muscular level is OK then?
"Medium frequency currents downmodulated to stimulate dermal and muscular levels" meets criteria??!!! ha ha ha
Understood neilmac. Perfectly, thank you very much <3
It is to restimulate tissue creation and also reduce fat, etc, so it is medical and beauty type technology!! ha ha ha
