Dans un contrat commercial, trade dress se rapporterait à la présentation commerciale mais get-up ?? J'avais pensé à droits de conception mais un peu plus loin j'ai rights in design...

: La distinction étant "aussi minuscule que possible", il me semble plus logique d'utiliser des synonymes plutôt qu'un terme (design) qui s'éloigne d'autant qu'il a deux sens différents.
