A företagshypotek were previously known as företagsinteckning = a floating charge over stock-in-trade etc. cf. a fixed charge of land, plant & equipment.
In the UK, a debenture is registered at Companies House to secure a floating charge, normally and disastrously multiple for a number of defunct translation and interpreting companies that shall remain nameless.

Was going to agree with floating charge... then read the Swe definition conveniently described in the act titled with your term.(http://www.notisum.se/rnp/sls/lag/19840649.HTM)
This describes what it is for (lösegendom) and what it can't include (just about everything else). This fits with myc suggestion (see http://www.investopedia.com/terms/c/chattelmortgage.asp)
