Spanish to English Medical Medical: Cardiology

Taken from a medical report from a spanish hospital for a patient with heart disease. Possibly from the results of an ECG, although the format of the document makes this unclear. I am fairly sure ICC is insuficiencia cardiaca congestiva, but cannot work out the JC:

The section is:
ECG: RS a 501pm aprox, BCRIHH (ya conocido)
