Spanish term
si efectivamente lo contraen en dicho acto
Spanish to English
Law/Patents
Certificates, Diplomas, Licenses, CVs
Marriage Certificate
Marriage Certificate (Spain)
This seems a bit repetitive compared with the preceding phrase in this sentence.
I understand the first part to mean "if they agree to marry each other". Does the second part mean "and if they do actually enter into this (marriage) contract"?
Many thanks in advance for your confirmation.

if in fact they so do
You could say "if indeed they contract to enter into such act" but this would be unneccesaary repetition
