English to Polish Law/Patents Law: Contract(s)

At a mutually agreed date in the middle of each calendar year, the Contractor’s representative(s) and Company’s representative(s) shall meet to discuss maintenance planning and related Outages for the following calendar year. In this meeting, the Company will discuss with the Contractor the Parts, Field Services and Repair Services that Company requires for the following year.
