: Tiene mucho sentido. Debe ser una tradetrad por escribir "Live Well" en vez de livewell, o quizás alguien se lo dicto y lo anotó como sonaba.

O "manguera de pico de pato", según el enlace, aunque no veo que esto se use en un par de búsquedas, por lo menos es descriptivo del tipo de manguera del que se trata.

Tengo curiosidad, porque trabajé en docenas de barcos durante muchos años y nuncá oí eso de "bill hose". Puede ser una expresión de uso local o casual como cuando llaman John al retrete:-) ???
