I must confess I have heard of parent companies or corporations but only a parent vs. child account.
I am pretty sure we used to have this headline type of account at the bank I used to work at in Stockholm - as an a/c for totting up trial balances rather than for merchandising sales revenue - but no English equivalent springs to mind.
