Arabic Other Names (personal, company) Baby name

This site states that Aidan (as a name) means 'help' and 'intelligent'.

However, I've been informed by an Arabic speaking colleague that the original Arabic word for "Aidan" couldn't bear those meanings. So, I've been wondering how the site comes up with 'help' and 'intelligent'. Is that possible there are other related words that may bear those meanings?
