I wonder if anyone could assist me with what the 'fs.' and 'vta' part of the above phrase from an Argentinian divorce certificate could mean?
I was thinking the first part might be 'fichas' / 'fijas' - 'of folios' / 'fixed' but I really don't have any idea about what 'vta' could mean.
To provide further context, the full sentence is below: 'Homologar, lo acordado por las partes en demanda fs. 12 y 12 vta, referente a tenencia, regimen de visitas, y alimentos.'

Thanks, Juan, yes, you're quite right, it could be, though it's hard to tell. If so, you can use "pages" instead.

: fs. is fojas, not folio. The difference is that folio numbers identify complete documents in the casefile (like chapter numbers in a book), whereas fojas identify the individual sheets (similar to page numbers) each of which has a recto and verso.
