It just means to achieve, reach, meet, accomplish, fulfil a goal, whichever term you prefer; nothing complicated about it. "Achieve" seems to be commonly used in this context. Pernille's version is fine too – if it's for the UK, you just need to take the last "l" out.

: I would use 'fulfilment' in e.g. 'fulfilment of obejective(s)' but not if 'mål' is translated as 'target(s)' and 'arbejdsopgaver' as 'tasks'
